The Food Pantry Software keeps track of clients, client dependents, family size, demographics, age groups, visit frequency, FDA approval and generates reports on these items. The Food Pantry Software handles client intake and food distribution. The Food Pantry Software can be networked without an internet connection. The Food Pantry Software can be set up to have multiple intake stations and multiple food distribution stations. For example, I set up a food pantry that has one computer running the Food Pantry Software in one room where the clients check-in, then they go into another room where there is another computer running the Food Pantry Software that handles the food distribution. These two computers are connected and are not on the internet.
Some food pantries have been able to receive more resources from local and state organizations due to the reports generated by the Food Pantry Software.
